The Neurons are organized as follows:

They are ovoid collections of nerve cell bodies in the periphera1 nervous system, which are encapsulated by dense connective tissue continuous with the epineurium and perineurium Each ganglion cell is enveloped by a layer of small, cuboidal satellite cells, which are analogous to Schwann cells

They are collections of neurons in the central nervous system with a similar function, or that make similar connections to the brain regions
